This is a true jungle hideaway: ideal if you’re drawn to the wild beauty of nature, want to see monkeys and toucans from your window, and fall asleep to the sounds of the rainforest. If you are sensitive to humidity, insects, or the natural unpredictability of the jungle, this may not be the best fit. While we’ve added modern comforts like Air Conditioning, pest control, a washer/dryer, and thoughtful design features, Casita La Raíz remains immersed in its natural environment.

Washer and Dryer:
In-unit laundry makes extended stays easy and convenient.

Private Deck:
Enjoy your coffee while listening to howler monkeys. Large deck with patio furniture, and enough room to comfortably do yoga and other exercises.

Accessibility:
Please note that Casita La Raíz is accessed via a short but uneven jungle trail from the parking area. While it adds to the secluded charm, this may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges, elderly travelers, or families with very young children. The loft sleeping area is accessed by a staircase, which also may not be suitable for everyone.
