The Space

Casa Roca is a modern, single-story sanctuary designed for nature lovers and those in need of a peaceful retreat. The home’s expansive windows allow you to soak in breathtaking views of the lush, forested mountains of Alegria ecological community, with vibrant sunsets painting the sky each evening. The outdoor deck is perfect for unwinding while surrounded by the sounds and sights of the jungle.

With high-speed fiber optic internet, Casa Roca is well-equipped for remote work or study, making it an excellent choice for families or professionals on the go. The home comfortably accommodates up to three guests, with a master bedroom and a second room featuring a sofa bed, ideal for a brief stay.

A Nature Lover’s Paradise

Immerse yourself in the rich biodiversity of the community. Birdwatchers will delight in spotting parrots, toucans, and other exotic wildlife from the comfort of the home. The surrounding land, free from chemicals, is a sanctuary for various plants, fruit trees (including mango, tangerine, and grapefruit), and animals, creating a harmonious environment for exploration.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and the expansive 170-acre community, complete with trails and untouched forest. While the driveway and walkway to Casa Roca are steep and the roads are gravel, the journey is well worth the destination. A private gated entrance ensures your privacy, and there’s a dedicated parking space for your convenience.

For essentials, a grocery store is less than 20 minutes away, but we do recommend having your own vehicle for ease of travel. Please note, this retreat is best suited for adults and is not recommended for children under six or pets.
