The price you see is the price you pay. We add nothing at checkout.
What we charge
Charged on the accommodation — the nightly or monthly price. Never on the cleaning fee. A long stay is paid month by month — never the whole stay up front. Listing a place costs nothing.
We don’t take a cent of the cleaning fee.
Unlike other platforms, which charge on the whole booking — cleaning included — ours applies to the accommodation alone.
| Booking | Guest pays | They take | We take |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 week at $100 a night, $50 cleaning | $750 | $116.25 15.5% | $91.00 12.1% |
| 1 month of a long stay, at $1,500 | $1,500 | $232.50 15.5% | $150.00 10% |

1% of every booking stays in the valley.
It is called the Community Contribution, and it goes to the work the valley does for itself: the local HOA funds, and the social and ecological projects that keep this place the reason anyone comes here.
Nobody is asked to opt in and nobody pays extra for it — it is already inside the price, on every booking, in both directions. Renting a home here means taking part in the place it belongs to.
