Casa Rosa

Small 2 bedroom natural build with a kids room and a large outdoor covered teak deck. It's ideal for a single parent and child. Although 3 can fit I would say that you may feel cramped (especially in the wet season) for more then a few days.

It's a cute artistic earthen home with lots of wood and nestled into a bamboo grove which is very atmospheric (and private), and you get a lot of cool wildlife sightings including the capuchin monkeys coming through daily. 

We are close to the main common areas (less then 5 minute walk). 
This is a handmade home rather then a sleek modern house so ideal for those wanting to live close to nature and simply. The kitchen is cob with unique shelves and a teak countertop and a bench seat, a lovely spot to watch the afternoon rains.  

This is our simple home rather then simply a rental property in which case it is furnished how we like to live - we can leave some toys and books out for your child if desired. We do not have a coffee maker. 

The micro-cement bathtub is a beautiful new addition to the small but functional bathroom.

There is a semi-automatic washer but currently no dryer, there is simply no space, we line dry in the sun.

There is a front garden with cacao, papaya and avocado. Parking on the lot for cars with high clearance.
