( Because it is high, no suitable for children under 8 years old, security  )

First floor :

•⁠  ⁠⁠fully equipped kitchen and living room with nice furnitures and quality brand appliances.

Hot water in kitchen and bathrooms.

The first floor has sliding doors, mosquito net, ceiling fans and A/C.

Second floor ( with independent entrance at the top of the stairs)

•⁠  ⁠⁠1 queen bedroom with private bathroom

•⁠  ⁠⁠extra small area perfect for small office 

•⁠  ⁠⁠open terrace with nice views to the forest and creek.

Private roof terrace with 360 degrees views and path to the creek.

The laundry room is a shared space and has washing machine and dryer machine. 

Utilities are all included as well as 300 mgb high speed fibre broadband and 1 cleaning per week.
