This two bedrooms jungle house would be suitable for a small family of up to 3 or  max 2 couples 

It has 2 independent access for each floor so could be rented between 2 couples friends.

( no suitable for children under 8 years old for safety )

First floor :

The first floor has sliding doors, mosquito net and fan and A/C.

Second floor ( independent entrance)

•⁠  ⁠⁠extra small area perfect for small office 

•⁠  ⁠⁠open terrace with nice views to the forest and creek.

Private roof terrace with 360 degrees views and path to the creek.

The laundry room is a shared space and has washing machine and dryer machine.

$ 2.200  usd monthly 

Utilities are all included as well as 300 mgb high speed fibre broadband and 1 cleaning per week.

No pets allowed in this house
