Thanks to the home’s 2,100-foot elevation, refreshing mountain breezes, and ceiling fans throughout, the home stays naturally cool without air conditioning.

Casa Alegre is ideally situated one hour from San José Airport and 50 minutes from the Pacific and Jacó Beach. The year-round temperatures range from 75–85 during the day, dropping to the comfortable mid-60s at night.
