The stud farms, toucans, hummingbirds, coatis, iguanas, monkeys, etc. are the neighbors. This home is ideal for families and nature lovers. The property includes a tennis court and a swimming pool. You will be immersed in lush greenery while being 45 min from the airport and 45 minutes from the central pacific beaches.

Living here is a unique experience, peaceful and full of life, but it also has a few things you should know before arriving:

🚙 Access: To get here you’ll need a 4x4 vehicle, as the road requires it. You will also need to cross a small creek, and during the rainy season, after a heavy rain, sometimes it’s best to wait a little until the water goes down before crossing safely.

🦋 Nature: Here you can truly feel the jungle in all its beauty. This means that from time to time you may have visits from insects or other little curious creatures.

💡 Services: Since we are in a small village, sometimes the electricity or water may go out for a few hours.
