Welcome to Casa Guanacate, our new home in the magical Turrubares

The house is fully furnished two bedroom and two bathroom property with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guarding the home is the majestic Guanacaste tree where the home gets it's name with a beautiful garden all circling around it.

If community is what you are after, we have it! The finca is an expansive 30,000m2 of property with a little river, tennis court, pool and playground. There are three other families living on the property.

Here, you have the privacy of your own home and you have your areas for community gathering.

Enjoy the delights of living so close to nature and our small community where all your living needs are fulfilled.

The finca is a 20 minute drive from Orotina and 25 min from San Mateo.

Living here is a unique experience, peaceful and full of life, but it also has a few things you should know before arriving:

🚙 Access: To get here you’ll need a 4x4 vehicle, as the road requires it. You will also need to cross a small creek, and during the rainy season, after a heavy rain, sometimes it’s best to wait a little until the water goes down before crossing safely.

🦋 Nature: Here you can truly feel the jungle in all its beauty. This means that from time to time you may have visits from insects or other little curious creatures.

💡 Services: Since we are in a small village, sometimes the electricity or water may go out for a few hours.
